Vinyasa Flow Asana

A dynamic flow that links movement with breath. in our sessions, we transition seamlessly between postures, building heat, increasing flexibility, and cultivating a meditative state through continuous motion. Suitable for all levels looking to energise their spirit.

Beyond just physical exercise, these movements are designed to refine body awareness, release tension, and help us get out of our heads to prepare the body for stillness.

Meditation

Find stillness in a chaotic world. Our guided meditation practices focus on mindfulness techniques, breathwork (Pranayama), and internal visualisation to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and foster a deep sense of inner peace and clarity.

Usually practised lying down in Savasana, we quiet the mind and move into deep relaxation. We use this time for self-reflection and finding a calm that stays with you long after you leave the mat.
